BEFORE REGISTRATION

Carefully study the scientific and organizational information related to ZSCR 2025 and choose the appropriate registration package. Prepare all the necessary information and proceed to the next step: registration!

PARTICIPATION FEES

They include:

• PHYSICAL and/or ONLINE access to all scientific sessions;
• access to event materials;
• the final program in printed and/or online format downloadable from the event website;
• the volume of abstracts in online format downloadable from the website of the event;
• attending/graduation certificate with EMC credits based on attendance at the event and the correct submission of all the information requested through the registration form.

Participants who will register after March 1, 2025 will no longer be able to receive event materials in physical format. The registration fees for one or more of the events that take place within the Days of the Iasi Clinical Recovery Hospital 2025 guarantee access to the medical content of the event for which the registration was made (together with the services mentioned above), in the form and duration in which the organizers facilitate access to this content, without guaranteeing a certain duration of time in days or hours during a day for the respective activities.

*EMC accrediting for nurses is available only for ONSITE participation.

COURSES DURING THE DAYS OF THE CLINICAL RECOVERY HOSPITAL Iași 2025

The conference is the main scientific event within the Iasi Clinical Recovery Hospital Days. Registration and access to the courses within the Iasi Clinical Recovery Hospital Days 2025 is only possible with prior or simultaneous registration to the ZSCR 2025 Conference. Any registration to one of the courses that does not have prior or simultaneous registration to the ZSCR 2025 Conference will be invalidated, without the obligation of the organizers to return the fees paid.

The participation fees paid for one or another of the ZSCR 2025 components (conferences, courses, etc.) do not guarantee a certain length of time (in days or hours during a day), but access to the scientific content of the respective component.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

• Press the Register button on this page for the activity you wish to register for;
• Once on the registration page, select the category and press the Add to cart button;
• In the screen that appears, you can view the chosen services;
• Once you have selected all the event components you wish to register for, click the "Continue to checkout" button at the bottom. You will be directed to the registration form where you must correctly fill in all the fields you consider necessary (at least the mandatory ones);
• The next step is to pay the registration fee. Press the "Place order" button and you will arrive at the online card payment page. Complete all the necessary data and make the payment;
• Registration is confirmed by receiving 3 emails: one contains the confirmation of the payment of the fee from the payment processor euplatesc.ro, the second email represents the confirmation of the registration from the operator Focus Event and includes the data from the registration form, and the third contains the invoice in electronic format. Please check their receipt in the SPAM folder or other partitions of the email box.
• Careful! Entering an incorrect email address in the registration form will not allow the receipt of confirmation emails and will make it difficult to carry out the access procedures to the works of the demonstrations.

PAYMENTS

Registration at the Days of the Iasi Clinical Recovery Hospital also requires payment of the participation fee. All payments are made in lei to ASOCIAțIA EUROMEDICAL RECOVERY, Iasi, 14 Pantelimon Halipa Street, Unique Registration Code: 32327370. Registration and access to the courses within the Iași Clinical Recovery Hospital Days 2024 is only possible with prior or simultaneous registration at the Conference ZSCR 2025.

Group payment (minimum 5 participants) of the participation fee can be made by bank transfer on the basis of a proforma invoice requested in advance in the section contact. 

HOW DO I CANCEL?

Any cancellation or change to your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

Until March 1, 2025: fee refund minus 30% administration fee.
After March 1, 2025, no refund is possible.

Cancellation requests are made to the event operator, Focus Event, only in writing, in the section contact.
