COMMUNICATION

The official language of the ZSCR 2025 events is Romanian. The website of the event, recuperareiasi.ro, represents the official form of communication with the participants of the event, and its content is constantly updated.

EVENT FORMAT AND VENUE

The days of the Iași Clinical Recovery Hospital 2025 will take place during the period 24 – 29 March with physical participation at Palas Congress Hall and Iași Clinical Recovery Hospital, but also with ONLINE transmission of the papers. The platform used for the ONLINE transmission will be ZOOM, and the login data will be sent a few days before the start of the event. Seats with physical participation are limited, and their allocation during the event is based on the "first come, first served" principle. No booking of seats with physical participation is possible. 

It is possible that certain sections of the program are only with onsite presence, others only with online participation. NOT all program sections are dedicated to all professional categories invited to the event. Participants are invited to follow the final scientific program posted on this website by the organizers and to personalize their experience at the Days of the Iași Clinical Recovery Hospital 2025.

COURSES WITHIN ZSCR 2025

The ZSCR 2025 conference is the main scientific event. Registration and access to the courses within the Days of the Iași Clinical Recovery Hospital 2025 is only possible with prior or simultaneous registration to the ZSCR 2025 Conference. Any registration to one of the courses that does not have prior or simultaneous registration to the ZSCR 2025 Conference will be invalidated, without the obligation of the organizers to return the fees paid.

• Early registration STOP deadline – January 15, 2025

• STOP deadline for submitting abstracts – February 1, 2025

• Standard registration STOP deadline – March 10, 2025

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEES

Transmit all the requested information, including the CUIM (Unique Doctor Identification Code) / membership number within the related professional organization within the registration form for obtaining credits. For participants who do not have a CUIM or are not members of the College of Physicians or other professional associations that group specialties in the health field, certificates of participation/graduation without EMC credits will be issued, upon request, after participating in the event, based on registration and payment of the appropriate participation fee.

Registration at the Days of the Iasi Clinical Recovery Hospital also requires payment of the participation fee. All payments are made in lei to EUROMEDICAL RECOVERY ASSOCIATION, Iasi, Str Pantelimon Halipa no 14, Unique Registration Code: 32327370. Registration and access to the courses within the Clinical Recovery Hospital Days Iași 2025 is only possible with prior registration at the ZSCR 2025 Conference . 

There are two payment methods:

• plata individuală a taxei de participare – se realizează online cu cardul bancar de către fiecare participant ȋn parte  prin accesarea opțiunii corespunzătoare de pe acest website;
• group payment (minimum 5 participants) of the participation fee - is made by bank transfer on the basis of a proforma invoice requested in advance in the contact section. This method of payment requires the transmission, to the e-mail address mentioned above, of the payment document and the registration details (according to those requested through the online registration form) for all participants of the group for which the payment was made.

Cancellation of participation in the Days of the Iași Clinical Recovery Hospital 2025

Any cancellation or change to your registration must be notified in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:

Until March 1, 2025: fee refund minus 30% administration fee.
After March 1, 2025, no refund is possible.

Cancellation requests are made to the operator of the event, Focus Event, only in writing, by sending the request in the contact section.

EDITING AND SUBMITTING OF ABSTRACTS

• The abstract submission session will be open from December 15, 2024 to February 1, 2025.
• Abstracts must be submitted via myZSCRabstract (online abstract submission services). Abstracts sent by fax or email will not be accepted.
• Abstracts must be sent and presented in Romanian.
• The submission deadline is February 1, 2025, midnight. No further extension will be possible. Abstracts should contain new and original information that has not been published elsewhere before 24 March 2025.
• Authors are asked to comply with the rules for editing abstracts. Abstracts that do not comply with these editing rules will not be accepted.
• In order for the abstract submission to be validated, the first author must complete the registration formalities and pay the event participation fee.

PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATION

The papers within the Days of the Iasi Clinical Recovery Hospital 2025 will be EMC accredited by the Romanian College of Physicians and The Order of General Medical Assistants, Midwives and Nurses from Romania. Certificates of participation with EMC credits will be issued after the completion of the papers based on daily attendance at the events and can be generated from the dedicated section of the website www.recuperareiasi.ro.

EMC accrediting for medical assistants/nurses is done only for ONSITE participation.

Participants who do not qualify for certificates with EMC credits, but meet the attendance condition, will be able to obtain, upon request, certificates of participation without EMC credits.
Physiotherapists, audiologists and psychologists will receive participation certificates that will require individual equivalence at the College of Physiotherapists, the College of Psychologists and other professional organizations.
Participation in the Iași Clinical Recovery Hospital Days in the format decided by the Organizers is a condition for obtaining the participation/graduation certificate. Participation/graduation certificates carry professional credits if the participants meet the conditions of the event regulations and if the Organizers have communicated the fact that the respective event will be accredited to the respective professional organization. Members of the professional categories for which the Organizers do not communicate and do not undertake the accreditation of the event to the related professional body, but for which access to the event is allowed based on the regulation, have the duty to carry out all the necessary procedures and assume all the costs involved for the equalization certificates and obtaining related credits from the professional institution to which they belong, if they so wish.

Certificates of participation will be issued from the recuperareiasi.ro website in online format after the end of the event.
